We hired a fly by night excavator who left us at Christmas with no basement! Mr. Colley came when he said he would, calmly assessed the mess and made sure his (very reasonable!) estimate was not missing anything. He and his team went on to complete the build on time and on budget, with some great suggestions on how to save money here and there and also how to improve the build. He passed with flying colours both on all inspections. Thank you William, because of you we have our home back!
