Saturday, Easter Weekend, covid19, Flat tire! Ughh. BCAA swapped in the spare, we took the flat to Kal Tire. Left it with Justin, they patched it, new valve. When we went back they swapped out the spare. No charge! Have a good weekend Justin said. This place used to be a Firestone location. What a RIPOFF and Shitshow that place was...so we were nervous, but desperate. Highly recommend Kal Tire New West Thank you! Read more

This Canadian Tire to say the least, is amazing. They have been instrumental in helping Waste Connections of Canada buy and donate 300 bikes to underprivileged children for Christmas this year. If it wasn't for the support of this store, I don't think we would have been able to supply as many bikes as we are to these great kids. I went to Kal Tire after getting a flat tire and being unable to remove one of the bolts on the tire. Kal Tire was able to service the vehicle in a very reasonable amount of time and the cost was VERY affordable! Extremely great customer service, everyone was really nice and friendly. They also offer a great follow up service to make sure that the tire change went well and the vehicle is in driving condition. I would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone looking for a vehicle service. Thanks! Read more
