I just wanted to comment and thank the staff at Yellow Orange Salon and Spa. Whenever I come in to get any services done, the receptionist (think her name is Loren or Laura) always is so bubbly, and always has a smile on her face. She sends me up to the salon where I usually am greeted by Hilary or Elisa? (Spelling). Whichever one they are always quick to offer me a coffee or tea. And they escort you over to the stations and make great conversation. Then I'm usually greeted (Loudly) by my Lovable stylist GIANCARLO! He really loves and appreciated his clients and loves making jokes. He really makes me feel so comfortable and never nervous. I made big mistake and had gone to a different cheap salon (I will not name them here) who fried and ruined my hair. Sumans hands work like magic and fixed all of that at Hair and Beauty Plus; she fixed my hair cut, gave me a nourishing hair treatment and colour which shined. This took a long time but Suman had so much patience and was happy to help. This is what a salon expert and customer service should look like! I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Suman!
