I brought in my sick cat, Daisy, who needed an emergency spay. They took great care of us. I like that they were up front about the costs and they were very reasonable. Daisy had surgery that day and the vet phoned to let me know she how things went. I got a text pic from a vet tech of Daisy resting comfortably as she stayed overnight to recoup. Definitely recommend! I went there to get my female rabbit fixed. They phoned me the day before the procedure to make sure I brought everything she needed. They ended up giving her an IV and didn't charge me for it (extra $55). The surgery price was very reasonable. They also called me the day after the procedure to make sure she was doing well, as well as the following day. It has now been two weeks since, and she is doing amazing. Her hormones have settled, and she has become less aggressive. Read more

This veterinary clinic is by far the best one we've been to in Oakville. We used to go to another clinic on Upper Middle and switched when our original vet left because we found the replacement vet was trying to push products and procedures on us. This clinic is very honest and the prices are reasonable. The vets are absolutely amazing and you can tell how much they care about the animals they look after. They also don't force anything upon you and tell you when something is only suggested, instead of saying its mandatory. They help you find the most affordable ways to treat your animal and are very accommodating. Dr. Haines is the vet we usually see and not enough good can be said of her. HIGHLY recommend this clinic!
