The staff there are awesome, the place is always clean, they will go out of there way to help you,when you need help. I'm there almost everyday,to meet with friends, have a coffee or two,have breakfast or lunch. The muffins/donuts are always fresh ( I love the blueberry muffins). I am SO happy that Tim Hortons came to Oakbank. Now I can feed my coffee addiction 3 times a day! I rated their service "good" as it has gotten A LOT better from when it first opened four months ago, and continues to get quicker service times.
