Yes i did purchase 2 coupons for my home too, i did call to make a appointment also, however it was raining so they called to re schedule, i was happy with this as i understood whilst raining its not heplful, when i spoke with Jacks wife on the phone, she was very nice to me, yes i could hear children in the background (not screaming) but come on guys this is a FAMILY RUN company, so to me hearing children is not a issue. My work was completed and Jack did come out to MISSION for me at no extra charge, He cleaned my gutters as i paid for and his work was great, no complaints there at all, in fact i was so happy with the level of his work i then puchased more work from them. i really dont see the problem here about the reviews above claiming they hear kids, so what!!!! regardless of what you hear when you call its the WORK that matters and that is well above perfect. Actions speak louder than words, and i have recommended them to my friends too, these coupons are a great deal $39 you cant get them that price anywhere else which is why most people haven't gone elsewhere they KNOW its a great deal, and i bet most people love his work too. You can tell its a family run business Jack does the work his wife takes calls whilst doing 'family things' also. Give these guys a break people and maybe turn your attention to something more worth while. CJA was awesome for me and my friends too, they will be used in the future. Read more
