The menu is short but extremely well designed with each dish a perfect harmony of exquisite flavors. My boyfriend and I shared the Salmon Benny and the BLT, both were mouth wateringly amazing. I would highly recommend anyone who likes brunch to take the trip to Eugenia and visit the Flying Chestnut, it is well worth the drive! Read more

I stopped in on my way through this fun little town while on business. I was looking for some local food. I ordered a chicken club and half way through making it the chef walked out through the front door, went next door to the local cheese mongor and bought more cheese for my sandwich.
