Enjoyed the food and service here. My only complaint with east sides is that there is so much food, which for many is not a complaint! The endless bread and salad really is a bit much and I can see it being a very wasteful process. Not a bad place to get some wings and beer. We have been there a couple of times and have left happy both times. The place was very busy as there was a Leaf game on and we were seated right away and served right away. Remember, you are going to a sports bar and the food is good for a sports bar. We had wings and the club house sandwich with fries and a couple of pitchers of Bud. Overall, pretty good! Read more

The service at this Mr. Sub is unlike any other franchise. The 3 main employees/manager there take pride in their customer service, freshness of their food products as well as cleanliness of their establishment. There are a lot of regulars who frequent this spot specifically for the employees who work there. They know the regulars names and what they order and they always have a smile on their face while working. It is a nice change to get that type of service at a more "fast food" takeout place and lastly they are very fast and efficient as they understand that most of their clientele are on their lunch time and need to get in and out quick. This was our second visit and it was better than the first. We arrived after the dinner rush so the volume level was good. Great food and service. We'll definitely be back again. The lighting seemed to be improved upon since our first visit 2 years ago. Will have to try out the new Richmond Hill location also. Read more
