Extremely friendly service, great menu, interesting old building, built in the 1840's.. Had a chicken marsala special which was very very flavorful, gf had a steak dinner, steak was "cooked to perfection" I am looking forward to going back on a mon or tues for their pasta buffet. We loving having breakfast here. If you make it there before 11am breakfast special is very cheap. It's a Great all day breakfast place. Service isn't the greatest but the breakfast is worth it. Read more

My wife and I both now love "The Duck". I had the pizza and wings and I was not disappointed. They are both easily the beat I've ever eaten this side of the border. The wings are large and crispy and the pizza has a nice thin crust and tons of cheesy goodness. My wife had the Blue Cheese Burger and when it arrived we both marveled at how massive the homemade patty was. She also couldn't stop commenting on how great the homemade blue cheese sauce and handcut fries were. The service was great (the waitress was hilarious and had us both in stitches) and they we're also showing the hockey game on a huge TV in HD! I would highly recommend this fine and historied establishment to anyone looking for exceptional food at a great price. Read more

I'm a frequent visitor of Bleu Turtle. The chef and staff are always courteous! I think one more server would be beneficial - but I usually come to catch up with a friend and don't mind the wait. I order the smoked salmon tart EVERY time. I just can't seem to have anything else - I love it so much! I have tried their pork belly and it's amazing. I haven't heard a complaint from any of my dining partners about their meals. Only praise! Pricier than your regular greasy spoon - but definitely worth the price. Went to Romby's after I heard that it had been taken over by new owners. They've really started to clean the place up, new flooring and whole new clientele.There was 4 in our group. My boyfriend and I ordered the pulled pork nachos with jalapenos and cheese and potato skins - the best skins I've EVER eaten. Our friends had the brisket sandwich and the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich which they said was awesome. Will definitely be going back for dinner again. We ended up staying a lot longer than we planned as the band was just about to set up so we stayed and had a really great night. The bartenders are excellent. Quick and friendly service. Had the Crab cakes and Black cod, my husband had the mushroom soup and steak, the food was flawless, the service was quick and attentive.
