First and foremost we truly enjoyed our meal here. The complimentary bruschetta was a nice treat. Our server seemed a litte "put out" that we had one young child with us who was trying to figure out what she wanted as there is definitely no children's menu here, but once she decided on something we were AOK. I did call ahead to make sure they could accomodate children and they said no problem. The half portion of pasta she had was more than enough, and the chef was very accomodating. My 13 year old had the fettucini Alfredo which she orders all the time and she said it was exceptional. There was enought leftovers for her to 2 more servings at home!
My husband and I had appetizers which were exceptional and we both enjoyed our meals. We also shared a half litre of wine.
The chef brought some of our dishes and he was very friendly and attentive. My husband always enjoys this as he is a trained chef as well. What I noticed was that his chef whites were gleeming! This is a nice touch, as I have had chefs come to the table with dingy whites, or in one instance, looked like he had just butchered something!
Overall, we will go back. Families should keep in mind that this is on the upper end of the scale cost wise. For a family of four it was $225.00

I stopped into Boston Pizza on a Thursday night drawn in by their board out front advertising $0.50 wings in the bar. Unlike most wing-deals these wings were very meaty and a good size. Everyone in my group was also very impressed with the service and couldn't help but notice how good looking, lively and knowledgable the staff was. Compared to the BP's that I'm used to going to in the city, this small town restaurant was VERY impressive.
The staff does a good job promoting the different food/drink specials that are going on every day of the week (wings tuesday and thursday and cheap domestic beer monday night etc.).

Im usually giving very positive reviews but for this place i have to make a bit of an exception. Don't get me wrong, i got the arabiata pasta and it was great! However, while my wife and i were eating our meal we had to endure the chef freaking out in the kitchen (maybe an open kitchen isnt a good idea for this type of person). I thought he was just having a bad day, but ive been here a few times and every time on a friday or saturday night the chef although nice to the customers seems a little frustrated in the kitchen, including towards the servers. I also found that i was rushed by the kitchen staff. Before i even finished my appetizer, here comes my main course..Needless to say i think if i get anything from here again i will order take out. I recommend any of the pastas, my wife had muscles and said they were "okay" and said for someone who "specializes in seafood" she expected better quality.

I always order from this location they make amazing pizza even with my super picky requests and I have yet to be disappointed, in fact today I accidentally ordered the wrong toppings on my pizza, totally my fault and I called them and they sent over a new correct pizza. Wow ! What a great place to eat and have a good time. The food was delicious and and restaurant is beautiful now ! I was here for a party last week we had so much fun. They had music, people danced , great singer !! Our waiter made us laugh and is really good looking too . Last time i was here was 8 years ago and place looked kind of old fashioned and not well kept. Now they made changes in every way and I have to admit this restaurant is better than most in every way. Whenever we are in the area, we treat ourselves to a slice or two. Their pizza is simple, authentic and delicious. They capture the "old world" flavours of Italy, which is something you CANNOT get at "franchise/big chain" pizza places.
We are not Italian, but we certainly know how to eat pizza. We've also travelled to Italy several times (although never to the Naples area). So we're not really (culturally) qualified to judge authentic Italian food.
But what we can say is:
When you eat "Italian" food in Italy, it's not the same as eating food from a chain restaurant here. In Italy, food is more of a celebration. They take care to use really good ingredients that let the subtle flavours of tomato and cheese, etc really shine through. We find that chain pizza places use generally poor quality ingredients.
Naples uses high quality, authentic ingredients, and you can really taste the difference. Highly recommended.
