Support from manager of store ( Bill ) is fantastic! Purcchased a ROK meat grinder and had a few concerns with warranty and some missing parts from box. He got on telephone immediately, and even did some searching on the web to address a few questions he did not have answers for. Would not hesitate to shop here again, unlike some other retailers went the extra mile to take care of the problem and did it all the while in a friendly manner.

Took me a long time to find someone to help me with the plumbing products, specifically the inside parts for the toilet that keeps coming out and they gave me the wrong size but the good is that it was easy to exchange and when they saw me a bit upset, the chief plumber came and matched the parts I needed with a big smile even though I acted out...I felt like I need to say a good word about them :)

We were impressed - excellent customer service. Anthony served us and not only took us to the aisles where the products we were looking for were located, but, when one item not in stock, checked to see when the item would be in as well as other stores close by that did have the item in stock. Finally, we have decided to make renovation in our house.We've done our research and have found Laqfoil ltd. We chose some interesting projects from their portfolio and called to their office to request a quote. In arranged time the installer came, took measurements and calculated the cost of our ceiling. It was so fast installation, no need to move the furniture out of the room, no mess and dust as you have with drywall installation and painting, large selection of colours.

Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. He was very kind to me and answered all my questions. Although this location is not close to my home, I just would not go to any other location. When I come through the door I always feel welcome by the staff. If I have questions they always have good answers. Today, I need to order something over the phone and wait for it to come in, but it is worth the wait.
