My family has been a client of Optimart on Eglinton since they opened. My grandmother was one of the first patrons and seeing the staff treat her convinced us to move our business to them. Our eye exams are performed on spot, we order the glasses of our choice/affordability and voila in a short period of time, we get them. We haven’t experienced any issues to date nor do we expect any. I found some Maui Jim sunglasses on the internet, then asked The Eye Shoppe if they could order them. The service rep said they would with no obligation to purchase. I loved the one pair and they ordered my progressive prescription sunglasses. They arrived within one week and are lovely. With a few minor adjustments they fit beautifully. The store hours are very convenient since I have been retired for ten years. Overhead signs on the aisles are often meaningless. I was looking for a jar of honey and the correct aisles is SPREDS. I have to walk with a cane but when I push the cart that works very well. How you assign shelf space has not changed. Almost an entire length of an aisle shows unhealthy cereals! You stock only KASHI 2 different boxes. Potato CHIPS get a lot of shelf space - none are healthy ..... Read more

Excellent. Hanna and Steven (Stephen?) really know their stuff. Bought glasses from them 5 months ago. Today I went in because my frames were a little bent because I fell asleep in them. Stupid me. Steven fixed them right up and while he was at it changed the nose pads that I didn't know needed changing. This is service beyond service. Very impressed and very satisfied. Read more
