The past three times I've bought glasses (every two years), I've gone to Specs Appeal. I've even found glasses at other eye stores, brought the code to Specs Appeal, and they've been more than willing to do a special order for me. I've chosen to buy from Specs Appeal, as 1) they have GREAT pricing, 2) really friendly and helpful staff, 3) can use more than one prescription in their deal of 3 glasses for $200 (helping out the whole family). We have been dealing with Linh for many years. High degree of knowledge/expertise. Allows customers to take their time without pushing. Takes time to ensure glasses fit properly. Very pleasant to deal with. We did try another company (Sp.Sa) but we have returned to Linh at the Real Canadian Superstore. Finished project excellent.

i brought my wifes glasses in for repairs ,i told the young lady they where not purchased there but she took a look anyway, she told me to come back in 30mins. when i came back she had repaired them and i was told no charge. now wasnt that nice. thank -you Mike

This place has really good selection on frames. I felt I was always assisted by a whole team of people to support me. Ultimately you sit with the (very knowledgable & reasonable) manager Amir to settle the deal. I am delighted to be able to benefit from their present special (2 for 1) and got two pairs of glasses for the price of one. The price I paid seemed very competitive and was only slightly more than I paid at Costco but was so worth it considering the personal approach!

I have been going here for over 5 years and I love the lady at the front desk she is very accommodating and helpful. I found the optometrist to be thorough but also quick as mentioned in other comments. However, I commented on this and he said he knows people don’t have all day so he is efficient with the eye exam. Places that take an hour don’t mean it’s BETTER just BUSIER. I liked the quick service was in and out in an hour with glasses picked out.

I just came to the Hakim Optical 10 minutes before the optometrist left to see if they can get me new lenses. The work that needed to get done would take longer than 10 minutes but Hakim optical made the optometrist stay back for me and were able to get my glasses fixed the same day! I love it when I get great service. Also their price was 1/3 the price I was quoted at another store. Love it!
