I am a very difficult case re: locating a vain. My stress level is high whenever I to do a blood test. Went there for blood work and they gave my OHIP card by mistake to another customer. Staff are a bit careless with security of OHIP cards. When you leave make sure you are given the correct card. Other than this error the service and staff were fine.
