My experience with my doctor, Dr. Ibi, has been extremely positive. All the staff at the Callingwood Crossing Medical Clinic have been super friendly and caring.

Some times it is a long wait. However being the patient person that I usually am. That doesn't bother me. My family doctor works out of this clinic and I always try to see. I can make an appointment with her too, but sometimes that is not possible for me. Most times I do. I like my Doctor very much, as she always listens my concerns. As far as the other staff here they are very friendly and efficient too.

Excellent service from doctors and staff. I have never had a poor experience and I’ve been coming here for at least 3 years. Dr. World is amazing and the receptionists have always been great. I am not sure why other people have had poor experiences with the receptionists but I’ve always found them to be very pleasant.

It it is a walk-in facility no appointment booking. Reasonable waiting time. I have seen all 4 Doctors working at the clinic in the past several years. Dr.Starko presents outstanding attitude in relations with the patients. The same do Dr. S. Lee and Dr.H.Chen. I would suggest an improvement for Dr. Peerani in regard to attitude toward a patients. Have been going to Justik for 6 years and could not be happier. My family (two parents, two children) all go and we have had excellent care from multiple doctors. While the waiting times are sometimes long, they will prioritize children and often try to fit you in if you need to see a doctor soon.
