It was a totally decent place, everyone was really friendly. We were travelling (moving) with cats and I smuggled my kitties in and they kind of turned a blind eye. Besides that everything was clean and professional. You always know what to expect with this chain - reasonable price, clean, everything works. I'd stay here again if I had to stay in Nanaimo and just wanted a good place to sleep (as opposed to a Bed and Breakfast or something).

Beautiful & worthwhile stay.. Will give 5 stars when they get with the times, add usb hubs to rooms, update tvs, lower some of their crazy prices (auto gratuity on room service) and offer dairy substitutes... Otherwise great view and service.
