Do not and I mean DO NOT go to the big box stores for your vacuum. You will pay far far less at this awesome local store plus, you may choose from new or refurbed; I went new with the great price. Super friendly and helpful with what you need and are looking for. So happy with these people, can't say enough. They also service your machine and are honest, reliable and reasonable. If it's not worth fixing they will tell you; not rip you off. Support local, especially when they so deserve it. Read more

When they came out to fix my problem, they had it fixed very quickly and even offered some suggestions from preventing the loss of suction from happening again. The owner/Proprietor was very honest with me. (Sorry,did not get his name). I took my hand vac to the store because I wanted him to look inside as there was something rattling in the motor compartment and I was afraid to open it in case I damaged something. I was prepared to pay him but he listened to the rattle and said it sounded like it was just a piece of dirt. I agreed with that. He suggested it was safe for me to open and that I would be saving some money (not having to pay him to do it). Read more
