We, and our family have been going to First Choice for many many years. Never discouraged for price increases, as that is expected.
However, it is very inconsiderate increasing hair cut prices by about 15% the first day after being closed for so long. I realize you have lost a lot financially but your customers are not to blame. They have lost a lot as well. Perhaps if we had received a card for 10 or 15% off our next cut, it would have stung a little less.

Always received great customer service. Very helpful and friendly staff. I've always liked my haircuts and especially like the perms I've received. I've been going to this hair salon for almost 15 years and enjoy the comradery among the staff.
