We had a very good repair call from Phil. It was a difficult repair, but Phil was extremely patient working methodically to get to the blower. Once it was removed, not an easy process, he had a new replacement on hand and installed. No need for a second call. I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service and the above and beyond commitment that cobra has for it customers. I bought a new Traeger Ironwood 650 and after the first use had the paint pealed. After telling the staff at cobra what had happened, they immediately followed up with Traeger, and called me back the same day to assure me that I could pick up a new grill without issue. Thank you again for the great service and prompt response to my issues. Highly recommend them!!!
