I have had prompt, polite and thorough service men, and good advice from each of them. I feel I can trust them as they explain the problem, and the pros and cons of a repair vs replacement. We bought a range from Premium, turned out to be defectives, Premium Appliance worked with the manufacture for over 2 month to try and replace the range. We decided we did not want a replacement but a new brand name. Premium Appliance order a new range from another mfg. but unfortunately due to covid we wait 13 weeks and still no sign of our new range.
