I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

I had a pair of earrings I loved and one broke and could not be fixed. I found the exact same pair at WeGotJewels, cheaper than what I originally paid for them shipped to my door in 2 days. The earrings were packaged in such a way you would think they were the most important things in the world. Loved the service, speed and quality.
