I'm always seen within 10-15 minutes of getting there. This little clinic has kept its doors open in a not-so-great neighborhood through so much: they've been robbed, vandalized, and threatened. Dr Crysler should have a family practice because he's the best pediatrician I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I've seen some of what the doctors there have dealt with: yelling, screaming, unreasonable, and addicted clients. They are AMAZING!!! I could never do what they do!

Was able to checkin online with my smartphone. I was given an appointment two hours from the time I checked in but didn't have to go sit in the waiting room until my appointment time. Fantastic service! Wish all walkin clinics had this. Dr. Judy was great, too. Very knowledgeable and professional.

They take the time to know and care about all of their patients and are very encouraging. Before you decide to "judge" this program, please go and do a bit of research and you may find that your initial ideas and beliefs about what goes on at this, and other, Segue Clinics are far from correct.
