This family owned and operated Insurance Brokerage saved us over 35% from the mailed out annual renewal letter from our previous "high profile" company. Eric and Erica are AWESOME!! They really do care about their clients. Eric even went above and beyond to inquire about "rental income insurance" for us. This was never mentioned or suggested in the previous 7 years. TD auto center has set the bar for top notch customer service! The one stop shop experience took a lot of stress away as they took care of everything right there. I did not have to drive someplace else to drop off my vehicle for repairs, or arrange my own rental. I simply left my vehicle there for repairs right there and they arranged for a car rental delivery all within an hour. In less than 48 hours I had my vehicle back looking like new! Thank you TD for making this a stress free experience.

As long as I've needed insurance, from the time I first needed car insurance, and now home & life insurance, I've been dealing with Utter Morris - specifically Brian. It's been a pleasure dealing with Brian over the years. It's been valuable having the same person to talk to whenever I have any questions as opposed to just getting passed off to whatever customer service rep was available through a bank. Whenever I've had any questions about my policies, Brian's been able to clearly communicate to me what's going on so that I can understand it. The whole staff in general has been great. It's a very friendly, family-like atmosphere there. The saying "small enough to care, big enough to matter" applies here.
