I placed an online order and of course ordered the incorrect size of primer. When the owner came to the door with the 1 L can and said you didn’t want this one did you? I felt deflated as I thought he was going to make me purchase that one, he simply said ‘no problem I’ll fix it right now,’ he went inside and came out with the proper one. We had three quotes to sand and finish our first floor bungalow all the quotes were around the same price two things that tipped the balance for us was being able to visit the show room and choose the finish and also that they would remove and replace the quarter round.
