I called the line and Bob diligently instructed me on how he was going to remove the water from my basement. His crew arrived 20 minutes later and worked on my basement all morning. He was able to fix all 5 vents and add eavestrough covers along 1 side of the house which another contractor had never returned to finish. He and his partner were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable.
