I bought my iPhone 5, had a problem with the battery and power button, replaced it super fast with my warranty there. My Sony Vaio hard drive crashed, got it replaced within 2 days! Honestly super amazing! They didn't even ask anything what I did to it. Just gave me a form saying I left my laptop with them! Overall everyone there is amazing. A couple of people would be Jay from Sales in Computers, Brian I believe in "Connect pro (Tech support) and unfortunately I don't recall the assistant in cellshop.
