Always have all my questions answered when I come in. The owner is knowledgable about the products good at helping you find what you want. There is a $50 membership fee but that goes straight back to you once you purchase something. The website is a good place to start looking for items if you want to bronwse, but the store has much more options. Overall great store and have been coming back for many years now

I discovered that vinyl blinds in my home were constructed in this store in 1997 (before my ownership of my home). In need of a replacement blind and an adjustment to an existing blind, I was pleased to find a solution for this renovation project at this store. These guys are great and I highly recommend them! They moved me from Richmond to Seattle. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly good at their job. They were absolutely unfazed by the various challenges that presented themselves over the course of the move and I was truly impressed. I had a ton of stuff in my apartment and the way they packed the entire truck so everything just exactly fit - still managing to keep my fragile items safely on top - was honestly a work of art. When I got stuck in traffic and showed up late to unload there was no hint of annoyance on their part, they were completely nice and professional about everything. They even made another trip to my house later to drop off some little metal thingies (part of my lamp) that they had found in a sweep of their truck. I was worried about choosing the right moving company because it's huge to entrust people with your stuff... this was totally the right
choice.

I had The Home Pros come out to do a roof inspection on our home prior to purchasing it and they provided me with information that the home inspector had missed. The information and recommendations they gave us allowed us to negotiate on the purchase price of our home. I found them to be professional, courteous, knowledgeable and their reporting was received in a timely manner prior to our closing. A great company to deal with.
