Okay, we were completely and thoroughly amazed by the customer service, the friendly staff and the immpecable rooms and grounds. Not only was this place a wee bit more expensive than perhaps the other hotels in Salmon Arm, but hands down, it was worth every penny and I would stay ONLY here when I come now in the Summer. Seriously, whoever designed this place should get an award. The grounds and pools are the kind you find in a 5 star resort in the Mayan Riveriera...go here, you will not regret it. Wow! After only a few hours my dog (who used to have dog aggression issues) was walking within a foot of other dogs that also had behaviour (mostly aggression) issues!! My dog, in the past, would have lost his mind and would growl, bark and lunge at other dogs anytime we went for a walk making it incredibly stressful to go anywhere with him. Not anymore!!
