I Just called to adjust a booking. I was put on hold, however, the staff member came back on the line 3 times to tell me she hadn't forgot about me. When she came back for the 3rd time she said she was sorry but they were very busy and took my number and said she would call me back. Her name was Tracey.

We (myself and my daughters) stopped by on route from the Ottawa to home (Hamilton) on Sunday August 8th to order take out. Our family has stopped at the Gateway Restaurant for decades to enjoy their always delicious family style meals. We ordered club sandwich platters and a BLT platter- sooooo delicious as always. My favorite asian food restaurant in the Quinte Area by far as I am not a big fan of the local buffets.
My only wish is that they would serve delicious Pho. The vermicelli dish with spring rolls and grilled pork is a delight. The lemon grass dish is another treat. Wonton soup is hot and yummy.
Service is excellent. At times, it can get busy during the lunch rush, I did not have any problems. Take out is just as good.
The interior decor is very nice as well. The parking is never a problem in the King George Square.
