I've always used going to this place as an excuse for free parking aha, so we decided to stop by! The food was average because i could make chicken fingers and pasta at home way cheaper and way more flavorful! Its just an average place with normal average food for a decently high price. I knew that its just a tourist restaurant so it didnt really bother me. the dessert was good but still pretty average. The best part is the seating and the view you get. I enjoy people watching. also the server was nice and very friendly! its not gourmet but if you want average food before going out on the town, i'd say its not too bad!

Im not a fan at all of boston pizza's food because its average and I can cook way better aha BUT the bar here and the whole atmosphere and arcade is FANTASTIC! its a great place for parties! I'd say eat at home and come here and have a great time! the bartenders are always friendly! the appetizers are okay tho! also I have come to boston pizza for the last two new years! its a great place to party with lots of fun! there is also bowling! i'm most likely attending for my birthday and will be eating there and playing at the bar/arcade!

Clean, clean, clean. Finally a Chinese restaurant that gets it when it comes to cleanliness. Nice place to take your family and kids. Offers Great dishes and the portions are not bad. They also have a spacious parking area that is free to guests. (Trust me, that's rare in Niagara Falls). I invited friends and family from Toronto over lunch and everyone loved what I've ordered. Some of them even took home food for their dinner. I love recommending good place to everyone. Must try.

We LOVE Swiss Chalet! This is easily the most dependable place in town to eat. The food is always good, hot, delicious, and quickly delivered. I take quickly delivered to mean that I don't have to wait! Our servers have always been friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. The manager seems to be a little unpredictable at times, otherwise, it's a great, simple place to go with friends or family and we always go back!

Best buffet in Ontario. We have always dined at this location. Management listens and are very attentive to customer needs. It is always clean, has excellent service, friendly atmosphere, fresh foods, great desserts, hot and sour soup best we have ever had, replenished items often, very affordable, grilled meats, sushi very good, calories per serving displayed on each item, great location, easy to get to and never so crowded you do not want to enter. Every one of the staff members were very courteous and attentive. My daughter had her newborn son strapped to her chest in a wrap and many staff members stopped by to see our 6 week old grandson. The manager on duty even stopped to ask how everything was. The food and service was wonderful. The food never fails to please. We also ordered takeout recently with chicken parm meal for 4. We were able to feed 5 adults and still have some leftovers for lunch. Excellent value!

Great wings, good selection of food and drinks, and good price on pitchers and beer! Service is definitely better during the day if you like table service. At night, be prepared to go up to the bar to order drinks and sometimes food. My only complaint is that the shots are expensive and they seem a little on the small side.
Compared to other bars, they offer a much wider selection of food and have better deals. Service is a bit lacking, however, this is a very busy place, especially past 7pm, so servers can't come by every two minutes to see you, so keep that in mind.
If you're out for a night with friends, the beach is definitely a great place to start off!

Do I need to say more?
If the owner could only move into a slightly bigger place with more curb appeal. He will have people lining up!!.....Go in with an open mind and walk out satisfied!!

My recent visit to this Kelseys was one of the best I have ever had- despite the fact I did not enjoy my meal! I ordered the thai shrimp curry bowl and the sauce and noodles werent what I expected. After eating the shrimp & veg the manager noticed I wasnt satisfied & offered to replace the meal, when I told him I was no longer hungry he comped the entire thing! Really defined 'above and beyond' in customer service for me, cannot wait to return.
