Every one of the staff members were very courteous and attentive. My daughter had her newborn son strapped to her chest in a wrap and many staff members stopped by to see our 6 week old grandson. The manager on duty even stopped to ask how everything was. The food and service was wonderful. The food never fails to please. We also ordered takeout recently with chicken parm meal for 4. We were able to feed 5 adults and still have some leftovers for lunch. Excellent value!

My first visit to The Feathery was almost 4 years ago, along with my brother and sister in law, whom live in St. Catharines. Everytime I come back for a visit we find our selves back dining there. However, my experiences there this past week were a hit and miss on service. Last night we actually asked to have our server changed as the waitress that was assigned to us us terrible. We were luck to have Lucinda, whom served us several times this week, sometimes twice a day......yes my family lives close. I look forward to dining there again upon my return to St Catharine s in March of 2013.

I have been going to this restaurant from day 1 when they opened and I had never had an issue with a meal, however last night we ordered salmon and it was way too salty. I couldn't eat it and was embarrassed to complain but the owner had no issues taking the plates back and preparing from scratch with no salt at all.
I know it's a difficult time for restaurants and this was just another reason I will still dine here & recommend it to everyone.
They care about their customers, food & reputation.

I have been coming to Frescos for many many years, with family and friends. The staff is very friendly and I look forward to the same quality of food and service every visit. I love the Asiago Quesadilla...it is a meal by itself. The crab dumplings are very good, and if it was real crab, they would be at least twice the price, so I am not quite sure why there are people complaining. This is a simple appetizer, not a gourmet seafood dish. The mushroom ravioli is fantastic, and be sure to leave room for dessert!! Enjoyable experience every time!!

What excellent service and atmosphere. My server, Christopher, was refined, courteous and attemtive. What I found outstanding was his ability to deliver a plate to the table as a sincere communication between two mutually respectful persons. No banging of plates! Everything was cooked expertly and was served promptly snd piping hot. This restaurant is a treat not to be missed by all breakfast enthusiasts for miles around. I think the stars aligned when I went to Swiss Chalet a while back (more than a year ago). As always, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is cozy without being stuffy or drab, and the service was quick (so quick I barely blinked and my food was there!). We had an AMAZING server who was around without hovering, and our food, as I said, was out within five minutes of ordering. This was, by far, the best service I have ever received in any restaurant. The server, in particular, was just absolutely incredible. She refiilled our water glasses when they were nearing empty, and it was like she was telepathic: she came with more napkins when things got a little bit messy! Overall, phenomenal. I wish I could remember the server's name, but it's been a while.

My recent visit to this Kelseys was one of the best I have ever had- despite the fact I did not enjoy my meal! I ordered the thai shrimp curry bowl and the sauce and noodles werent what I expected. After eating the shrimp & veg the manager noticed I wasnt satisfied & offered to replace the meal, when I told him I was no longer hungry he comped the entire thing! Really defined 'above and beyond' in customer service for me, cannot wait to return.
