Highly recommend. I used to go to a big box pharmacy. I switched to after having some issues at the big box. This pharmacy has knowledgeable staff, friendly service and is a more intimate setting where I felt comfortable and not rushed to ask questions. A true gem in the downtown core. !!

I have been using Chapmans for all of my pharmacy needs since 1996 and I would recommend them to anyone. They have always been willing to go that "extra mile" to see that all my medication and pharmacy are met. My husband has some serious health issues, so it is a good feeling to know that I can count on the staff at Chapmans to ensure that his refill reminders are handled on time, and all medications are available when needed. I recently went into this wonderful store and was having difficulty walking due to recent surgery. The very nude cashier asked if I was ok. When I explained the walking difficulty due to surgery, she immediately called another worker to come and help me. The very nice man asked what I needed and told me to stay where I was and he would get it. Everyone was extremely helpful and I am very grateful. This store has wonderful caring employees and have the best customer service, by far.
