I absolutely love going here. Coming from a small town in Alberta I often felt that the doctors I'd see didn't care about my problems and was often treated so disrespectfully. But coming into summerwood clinic I was just amazed at the care I was given. I felt like I was being listened to and cared for and left very happy. Thank you summerwood staff!! :)

Some times it is a long wait. However being the patient person that I usually am. That doesn't bother me. My family doctor works out of this clinic and I always try to see. I can make an appointment with her too, but sometimes that is not possible for me. Most times I do. I like my Doctor very much, as she always listens my concerns. As far as the other staff here they are very friendly and efficient too.

I was sick and so read the reviews of the surrounding clinics. All were so bad, I almost didn't go. I was very sick, so I persevered. At North Edmonton, I spoke with a pleasant, kind voice who turned out to be Meagan, and headed to the clinic as a "walk-in". The wait was reasonable for a Saturday. (Bring a book.) I saw Dr. Kitwanda, who asked me questions, did an exam, and then explained how he was able to help. He inspired my confidence with his professional manner. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Call to book an appointment in advance. I would not recommend doing a walkin if they are busy. Wait times can be long. Great staff and doctors. COVID procedures are in place. Have to wait outside after checking in.
