I made an appointment and they even took me in early. I came in with photo ideas of what I wanted; and they came out exactly how I imagined. They were all super friendly and everyone checked in on me at least once. The actual skill and professionalism of the final product is better than I've had in a long time. My nails are shaped correctly, thin not thick, and he was so gentle not to sand my skin or cuticles when prepping for the gel.
