Seriously the best experience at a salon. I had extensions put in from someone else and they went horribly wrong but Kim saved my hair and installed beautiful extensions to boot! Super friendly and knowledgable staff. And even great conversationalist (thank god) because I was there for 6 hours while Kim, and another staff member fixed my hair. I spent the past 5 years at a salon where I paid an arm and a leg for a cut and color, I never really noticed what they did when they cut my hair, it always looked the same when I came out (with the exception of my bangs) and the color could be hit or miss.
