very impressed. The "other' guys wanted a cc # in advance and would not provide a time of arrival & no wkend service. These guys asked for nothing upfront, called ontime on the wkend and explained what was required before the work commenced. They then provided maintenance suggestions. Cant ask for more then that ! Stopped in to have an exhaust flex pipe fixed on my 2004 Audi A4.
Left my car and they called to inform me of the estimate - told them to go ahead - vehicle was ready when they said. Car required custom piping and welding. All repairs were carried out and new pipes, resonators installed. Cost was probably half of what an Audi dealer would have charged. Excellent service by Ken and his team. Thanks again.

We were referred to the Basement Guys by friends who had water problems successfully repaired. We hired them to repair a wall crack which was complicated by a finished wall in the basement and interlocking outside. The Basement Guys repaired the crack from the outside. They returned the patio to better than it's original state. They also took a number of photos of the repair. We have had many heavy rainfalls with no issues. Completely satisfied and highly recommend them.
