Robin S was great. She listened to our complaint of constant rising costs for unused services. She understood our customer frustration and arranged a cheaper package that offers only the channels we want. We left with a smile and gratitude. The only reason I don't add a 5th star is that the extra $12 for Internet and phone as of Sept. 1 will reduce the actual savings we enjoyed briefly. As tested loyal customers over 12 years, we would like to see a rise in rates not eat away agreed-on savings.

Competitive Renovations Inc installed two windows for our cottage on Charleston Lake in September 2023. They did an excellent job! In the end, they also cleaned the work site and removed all the garbage. Staff were very friendly and professionally, from the owner (Cody) to the woman who answered the phone (Mandy?), to the guys on the worksite (Earl, Deric and Rob), everyone was nice and professional. The price was very reasonable. thank you! Highly recommended.

They were really busy but took the time to ask me what was wrong and offered for me to bring my car in to have a look at it but couldn't guarantee they could fix it right away. Needed replacements for 2 rectractible awnings we bought approx 12 - 13 years ago from Home Depot, Belleville. The frames are still efficient but H.D. were only interested in selling us new frames with awnings. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
That is the reason that I gave it 5 stars.
On the other hand, the companies decision to close down the doughnut section in the Brockville location on Stewart Blvd and Laurier will cost jobs and money.
I stopped in for the cookies.
They were thick and excellent.
I also bought gas at times but the main reason I chose your store was for the cookies.
The closest one apparently that still sells that is Kemptville.
For the company score, it is zero to 1 star.
