I've been coming to Massey's for a long time. Lunches, dinners. The food has always been fresh, and tasty. The servers have always been nice and courteous. The portions are ridiculously large. Pastas, it's two meals. Steak on a kaiser, top with some A1 steak sauce, you're biting into some deliciousness. Their menu specials are usually really good. Just really a nice place to go eat at, at a price range that won't break the bank. Others have complained that they are busy. There's a reason for that. Cause the food is good! Read more

On the eve of a snow storm, I was turned away from 3 other tire dealers that took one look at my 20 year old car and said they couldn't help me. They gave me no options and just flatly turned me away. Fortunately, the guys at OK Tire Pickering took me in and were able to get four new tires on my old beater. I had to wait because they were busy, but they told me that up front and offered coffee, etc.. while i waited. Now I have two cars in need of tires. I'll be giving these guys my business. Read more

As it happened, I had to return a piece that wasn't quite flush (the measurement was tricky). I took it back and I was most impressed with the customer service I received. There was no hassle, no haggle and no extra charge. The piece was re-cut within a few minutes and I went home happy.
