Contacted J last September and met with him to look at his product (hot tubs) and ask a few questions(well maybe a lot). I hadn't met anyone locally who was more knowledgeable or willing to answer all my questions more than J. He really knows his stuff. The quality of the tub I purchased is as good as a tub that is much more expensive. It had everything that I was looking for and more. J has been there to answer any questions since my purchase and definately feel as though I made the right choice. I would recommend Canco Pools and Spas for anyone looking for a tub with all the bells and whistles at a price that will beal all competitors. Thanks again J. (Video is taken of my tub on the day of install. By the time we were finished, it got dark and J took the video with me playing with the remote. Earlier this week was my first ever experience with DAVIDsTEA and I absolutely loved it! I had heard some positive things about the company from friends so I decided I'd see what it was like for myself. The ladies working behind the counter were extremely helpful and took the time to explain each and every tea that I inquired about. The samples were also delicious and I think that it's an incredible idea for people to be able to try different types of teas and see what they prefer - especially if they're newbies like me and have no frame of reference apart from "green tea or herbal tea" (I have never seen so many yummy flavours). On top of the exceptional service, I also purchase a "Bodum Strainless Travel Press" and I've literally been ranting and raving about it all week to my friends! It keeps my boiling water HOT for 4+ hours!!! Now I know to let the water cool a bit before putting the lid on - who wants to wait that long to drink their tea? The press is also incredible for the loose tea I purchased (pumpkin chai - which is DEEELICIOUS!) Overall I am officially hooked on this business and I will be returning for the quality products and service. You have a whole family of satisfied and returning customers now thanks to my great experience! Thank you!!

For small things, I do go in but for everything else, over the phone. The amazing person I deal with is Tom V. The experience through the phone is incredible, just like in the store.
