I brought it in on Tuesday and they called me Wednesday evening to say it was ready for pick up. The ICBC Customer Claims Specialist said “Wow, that was really quick! Ive used Ralphs for over 30 years, and my parents for longer than that, and their work is top of the line. The prices are a bit steep, but, hey--one gets what one pays for.
