They removed my current security software and replaced it with a "free of charge" security software, next thing I know a few days after booting up, This software notifies me that the free trial has expired. I had a bought a year's worth of service from my previous software. If anyone happens to go there for a clean up, request that they don't replace your software in spite of their advanced "expertise".
