I booked a three-hour couple's treatment months before my anniversary with my girlfriend. I called to confirm our booking twice. Less than 24 hours before our appointment, I received a text message from the spa telling me that they could not honour it. When I called to address the situation, the individual on the other end told me that this cancellation was standard operating procedure. They were unapologetic. I have never experienced such horrendous customer service.
Terrible terrible. New owners as of Jan 2015. Won't honour packages purchased from previous owner. Made appointment for facial and when I got there they had no record and there was noone to do facial. People there very unhelpful and don't care. Business is not going to last so definitely do not buy any packages. I will never go back there.
I booked a double spa package this summer ($200 for the two of us). The package included a 50 minute massage, 20 minute facial, and 20 minute foot massage.
