    This is a very modern branch and the layout is quite different from other Royal Banks. The staff are very helpful and courteous.

    I went to the branch this morning to ask some questions regarding my account. Instead of being patient with me the lady at the bank was completely rude and inconsiderate. This is the worst bank experience i have ever had. Though I work in the building I will not be going to this branch any longer. These young staff do not have any respect or polite work ethic, I am very disappointed in the service.
