I've got my eye examined by one of their specialist since I was complaining with too much headache and was diagnosed with Astigmatism. The grade of my eyes has advanced and I needed new pair of glasses. I've got new eyeglasses that now fits to my eyes needs. Thank you for all the help.
I purchased glasses. I wanted a durable frame that would last. I was directed to certain frames and I made the purchase. The arms started falling off within weeks. I was in every optical shop in Peterborough getting the arms reattached. When the frames broke within a year I was told I could not pick the replacement frames and was given old store stock. And I had to pay $25 for the replacement frames. The replacement frames likewise fell apart. Owner should sell used cars. Not glasses.
At the age of 74 I can honestly say these are the worst glasses I have ever worn. They don't fit right and when I first got them I was seeing double. The response I got was it isn't our problem but the optometrist's problem. There was nothing wrong with the prescription. Not satisfied at all. I would never go back and certainly never recommend them.
