Brought my pc in for a diagnosis. Symptoms looked like a gpu problem and I mentioned that. After a week I was told it was a motherboard issue, and that I’d need to replace the motherboard and cpu, so i did. I also needed new ram, a new cooler, and a new case. 1100 bucks with labour. Brought it home, still crashes. Took my brother 5m to stress test my gpu and see that it crashed in his pc as well. Upgraded everything except the problem.
Horrible customer service.I brought a laptop to be repaired. It was, was returned, I paid for it and brought it home. The original problem seemed to not have been fixed at all. I returned to the store and was told that the technician would have a look at it and if he could not fix it, he would send it for repair and that it would be warrantied. They ended up sending it to the company again for repair. They now want me to pay a second time, alleging that I damaged it when I brought it home.
Do not purchase from this store, they do not stand behind the products they sell. Bought a new system, had 3 failed components so far, costing me an additional $130 and a lot of time and effort, and all I got from the manager was, “well, that’s inconvenient. When I mentioned that I had made at least 10 trips to the store trying to sort this out, he said, well I’m not responsible for where you live. He then insisted he is an expert on customer relations while continuing to argue with me.
