Green Spa Lawn Care

This year after applying feed and weed, my backyard lawn was seriously damaged by their technician. When we report to them, they falsely claim that we did not water enough water. Since then, they did nothing to help us to recover our beautiful and healthy lawn. Very frustrated and unsatisfied.

Don’t let their prices seduce you into hiring them. They don’t care about your lawn. You will never hear a “yes” or “we will do that for you” from them after hiring. I bought their premium service and I re-applied almost everything by myself. In May when it is the most important time for weed control, they were too busy to apply weed control for me, so I bought a liquid weed killer and applied it two times before they came. They said they guaranteed all their services. If i am not satisfied with any treatments, they will re-apply it at no cost. But the fact is they just say weeds are not uncommon; never take any action.

****Fraud alert*** I dont know if this is due to COVID to get more money with less people working or what, I have had this company last year and they were good, this year they have "claimed" that they came and provided 2 services which did not happen. Due to COVID as well as an injury I was home everyday for the last 5 month and never saw a single person come to the backyard (FYI, the backyard is locked and they still claim they went through!!). First year with Green Spa. The fertilizer has made our grass very thick and green. We started the service with a lot of weeds in the beginning of the season and saw a great improvement. Well sign up again next year.

Used many competitors for the last 15 years. Green spa came along and I have never had to switch. They do a great job and my lawn is nice and green with no weeds.
