Everest Custom Millwork

I had a very disappointing experience involving Everest Custom Millwork. The contractor I hired, Arul Thusi, met me at ECM and falsely claimed to own the business. Later, I found out he does not own ECM and was only working there. It concerns me that ECM allowed him to use their premises to misrepresent his business and gain trust for a contract. I urge ECM to take responsibility and ensure better oversight of who represents their company to prevent others from being misled.
