This insurance company was fast and anxious to respond with there quote when I signed on. Even prompt to send forms to start my policy. Then recently I needed to cancel my policy due to retiring my business and it's a whole new game. Calling, leaving messages with no return calls. Then I was promised by another department that I would receive the necessary form in my email that day. Nothing was sent so I once again called and asked for a supervisor but instead they gave me an agent. Incompetent
