there is always one thing wrong with an order. whether it be missing the straw up to paying for a large fries and still getting medium. i only go to this location because its so close to my house. otherwise, id definitely choose another one. Not to mention the constant full lineup in the drivet-thru. this store lacks speed and attention to detail in the food department. other than that its a pretty nice and upkept store.
Last 3 orders we have received from there have been wrong both in drive-thru and in lobby. Missing items. Even screw up basic coffee orders. And they don’t seem to care. Thry would not pick up the phone after having called about 17 times after I noticed items missing from my order once I returned home. Unfriendly staff too who would rather socialize and joke with each other then serve you. Very unprofessional! Will never recommend this location.
