Sweet Nails And Spa

My wife and I have been coming to Sweet Nails for about 8 years. The ladies are very friendly and do wonderful work. We won't go anywhere else. Cathy Vicky and the rest of the crew are number one in our book.

I’ve been here quite a few times and it quickly became my favourite spot m. my usual appointments are for biogel, i always have them on. A few appointments ago i went in with my mom and they told me and made a big deal about only getting refills and not to get new sets for 10 months which it almost has been. i find that ridiculous because the nails obviously weaken and break. the last three appointments my nails have been breaking and ripping my real nail off , i have a bloody finger now. :/

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! They are degrading and very argumentative. If something doesn’t look the way you were helping and you express your concerns multiple employees attack you verbally instead of speaking with one you are now dealing with four of them.

I have been coming to sweet nails since 2014 . Cathy and the ladies are wonderful . I have moved but will drive 1 hour just to get my nails done here . They are professional and really do a wonderful job . I get compliments on my nails all the time . I will recommend their spa anytime . Thank you always ladies Constance from Cambridge

There so bad. They rush and they rip you off. They ask for cash and tax you and keep the tax. And they over charge for everything.i did a refil and it was 60.00$ . For a refil.!!! They didn't paint my nails to the root and when I asked them to they said they can't but it looked like a week old job. I gave them multiple try's and gave up . The last time they talked shit about me in there language and I just said forget it. They cut me as well and uses old tools

I've been coming to this nail salon for a few years now. Cathy and her staff are great! Very professional, courteous and they know what they are doing. Their hours are M-F 10-7:30. Sat 10-6 and Sun 11-4. I wasn't sure what time they were opened one day during the week so I called and Cathy answered and even though she wasn't officially opened yet, she took me in within 20 min. Thank you so much! My daughter and I really enjoy coming here. Keep up the great work!

I have been a client with Sweet Nails for over 5 years in other location and I should say that the work is outstanding. And yes, sometimes you have to wait but it's worth it.

Not Recommended

Would not recommend this place. They are not reliable for service and have poor scheduling/time management skills. Came in on an afternoon for a pedi and meni, they told me to pick a colour and I ended up waiting 30 minutes to only then be asked to come back later as they got too busy. Tried giving them another shot and came in on Saturday for 9:30am (when they open) and no one showed up to open the salon until 9:50am. There were no customers and I was told to come back later.
